The Royal Air Force Families Federation (RAFFF) aims to improve the quality of life for RAF families worldwide. We provide an independent voice for serving personnel and their families, offering a confidential service built on integrity and professionalism.
The Military Coworking Network (MCN) is a project managed by RAFFF, based at RAF Wittering. The MCN offers communal office spaces on military bases for military partners to work, study, and connect professionally. Founded in 2018, it supports military partners in overcoming career disadvantages caused by military lifestyles, fostering a thriving community.
This position supports the growth of the MCN, requiring a dynamic individual with marketing expertise. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to raise awareness and engagement among military partners through social media, webinars, face-to-face events, and partnerships with other organizations. The role involves exploring innovative marketing strategies and developing stakeholder relationships.
You should have experience in brand marketing, digital marketing strategies, and familiarity with Google Analytics. A natural ability to build relationships and community is essential. Flexibility for occasional travel to hubs is required.
