A highly rated London firm have a rare opportunity for an associate to join their growing property disputes team on a permanent basis. This position would be well suited to a junior associate with previous property disputes experience, looking to join a team considered to be extremely successful both internally and externally.

Working for multiple partners in this team, associates will have the opportunity to undertake both commercial and residential property disputes, with a bias towards commercial. The team handle an exceptionally broad caseload of disputes including title issues, development, dilapidations, forfeiture, nuisance actions and renewals under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954.

Those with an interest in business development are also encouraged to apply. To be considered for this opportunity, successful applicants are likely to have at least one years post qualification commercial property disputes experience, gained from a rated city or regional practice.
