A Regional Main Contractor based near Rochester, Kent, are currently looking for a Site Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. The company have been operating for over 40 years and have a great reputation for delivering quality projects to the highest standards. They provide an excellent service to their clients and as a result, a lot of their work is through repeat business. They operate across both public and private sectors, on a range of new build and refurbishment projects up to £5m in value, across a number of sectors including Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Residential and Leisure.
The ideal person will have a strong track record working for a Regional Main Contractor on both new build and refurbishment projects up to £5m in value, across a range of sectors.
- Experience working as a No.1 Site Manager for a reputable Main Contractor
- Track record working on new build and refurbishment projects up to £5m
- Experience working on projects across various sectors (Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Residential etc.)
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- Able to commute to and work in Kent on a daily basis
