We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & HSE Administrator to provide administrative support across the Human Resources and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) functions within our manufacturing operation. This role will play a key part in managing, processing and supporting payroll and contractual changes, family friendly leave requests.
Location: We welcome applications from those looking to work Monday - Friday on-site at our Stafford DC (ST18 9SE). Please note, as the DC is operating 24/7, we would require flexibility for occasional weekend and evening work.
About Your Role - What you will be doing:
- Work hours: Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5pm; Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.
- Support the HR function and tackle ER cases head-on.
