Responsibilities:- Maintain grounds, community, and equipment in compliance with safety regulations
- Assist in planning, preparing, and operating within the Maintenance budget
- Oversee and support the housekeeping team
- Repair equipment or coordinate repairs with contracted personnel
- Interact tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the public
