An IT End User Support Lead opportunity for a business offering a variety of Tech and Security products to customers globally, the role would require the ability to be Security cleared.
The IT Support Lead would support and develop modern IT adoption across a business with a global customer base with a focus on M365 and SharePoint. This is a senior position, so experienced candidates who can demonstrate commercial exposure in the following areas are required, with any previous mentoring experience being beneficial:
- Promote user adoption across M365 products, SharePoint, Power Platforms, CoPilot
- Management of Microsoft end point and Intune environments
- Lead the development of OneDrive and SharePoint online
- Helpdesk administration as required and manage updates for software and firmware
- Device management for iOS, Android, and Windows
- ITIL or Agile environments
