We are looking to bring on litigators with experience managing complex disputes between parties and working on injunctions. Experience with injunctions is highly valued.

Litigation Lawyer Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice on matters that require dispute resolution.
  • Prepare and review the relevant pre-litigation documents.
  • Direct external legal counsel in the litigation process.
  • Day-to-day support with general commercial matters.
  • Manage e-disclosure processes, including the identification, preservation and collection of electronically stored materials, working with relevant custodians and external counsel.
  • Review and approve external-facing documents from a litigation perspective.
