780 Coaching is growing—and we’re on the lookout for an ambitious, enthusiastic Development Coach to join our dynamic team. We deliver progressive, player-focused football experiences across North Lincolnshire, helping young players (ages 5–16) grow in confidence, ability, and character. Our coaching philosophy blends technical development with real-life learning, ensuring players thrive on and off the pitch.
The successful candidate will take on the training and management of a TEAM 780 age group competing in the Junior Premier League, while also playing a key role in supporting the growth and development of our wider non-playing squads.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead engaging and age-appropriate coaching sessions
- Support players through feedback, development plans, and matchday involvement
- Collaborate with fellow coaches and communicate clearly with families
- Uphold a positive, inclusive, and professional coaching environment
What We’re Looking For:
- FA Level 2 or UEFA C qualified (UEFA B Licence desirable)
- Experience working with young people in a football or sports setting
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Valid First Aid & Safeguarding qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
