As well as maximizing sales and profit in store, you'll ensure the highest standards of presentation and customer service. Your goal will be to make your store the best in town, attracting customers and providing a great environment for your colleagues. As a Store Associate, you will support the manager with all aspects of running a busy store. This role offers responsibilities and opportunities to develop and learn alongside an experienced store manager.

You'll need to be well-organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be ready to learn how to lead your team to maximize sales, profit, and meet store targets.
