Shoreditch is one of London's most vibrant areas, and our hotel features 210 bedrooms, the Apartment, and two in-house restaurants – Hoxton Grill and Llama Inn. Llama Inn offers a modern take on Peruvian cuisine, with an exciting menu of ceviche, small plates, sharing dishes, natural wines, and standout cocktails at our rooftop restaurant in Shoreditch.
Job Description
What you’ll do...
- Provide a genuinely welcoming and memorable experience for our guests, from a Hox welcome to handling questions and requests.
- Take reservations over the phone, handle cash and card payments, and assist the team on the floor when needed.
- Anticipate guests’ needs and proactively provide solutions to exceed their expectations.
