Hours – Saturday 8:00am – 19:00pm & Sunday 8:00am – 19:00pm (21 Hours)
Salary – Starting at £13.86 per hour (please note this rate will vary for 16-17 year olds)
At Gardiner Bros, we believe how we treat people matters. We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our team at Indurent Park, Stonehouse. Located off Junction 12 on the M5. If you’re hands-on, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and take pride in doing a job well, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll be doing:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Lifting parcels (up to 25kg) and working on mezzanine floors
- Meeting daily targets to help keep everything running smoothly
- Ensuring all items are packed to a high standard before they go out
- Using warehouse systems (experience with Oracle WMS is a plus)
- Supporting your team and helping where needed
What we’re looking for:
- A good level of spoken and written English
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
- Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but not essential
- A great attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn
