Role Overview
As a Digital Advertising Executive, you will be supporting our digital advertising strategies for our progressive clients including the planning, execution, and optimisation of high-impact digital campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, a strategic mindset, and a creative approach to reaching and engaging audiences.
Specific Responsibilities
- Digital Advertising Strategy: Contribute to a comprehensive digital advertising strategy to drive results for our clients. This includes campaign planning, audience targeting, media buying, and budget management across various platforms including Google, Meta, X, and programmatic networks.
- Campaign Execution: Executing digital advertising campaigns, ensuring that campaigns are launched on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
- Performance Optimisation: Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimise.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the content creation and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
- Reporting and Analysis: Help with the production of detailed reports on campaign performance. Use data to tell a compelling story and demonstrate the value of digital advertising efforts.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital advertising, ensuring that 411 Digital remains at the cutting edge of the industry. Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Travel: Travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and manage projects both domestically and internationally.
Experience:
- 1-3 years experience in digital advertising across Meta or Google is essential
- Experience creating ad reports is essential
- Experience working with additional advertising channels (e.g. TikTok, X, Programmatic) is desirable
- Experience working in a political or third sector/NGO space is desirable
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools (e.g. Tableau) is advantageous.
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Out-of-the-box thinker with a strong sense of creativity. You know how to make the most out of a moment and are ideas-led.
- Knowledge of another language (e.g., German, Italian, French, Portuguese, Spanish, or Swedish) is helpful but not essential.
