Real Chemistry is looking for a Strategy Director to join our growing team! 21GRAMS, part of Real Chemistry, takes an innovative approach to advertising, focusing on making healthcare more human. As our team and business grows we are looking for a senior brand & communications strategist to join the London team, helping to elevate our thinking to the highest levels for clients who need world-leading creativity – and to ultimately shape and drive growth of the London office.

What You’ll Do
- A CREATIVE & COLLABORATIVE FORCE: Work closely with client service, creative, insight, medical and activation teams to tackle a wider range of client marketing challenges. Bring sharp strategic thinking and a creative lens to help shape, focus and elevate our work for maximum effectiveness.
- A CHAMPION OF EFFECTIVENESS: Contribute to shaping smart, effective responses to client briefs from big-picture brand thinking to quick-turn tactical tasks. Work alongside internal teams to bring clarity, creativity and direction.
- A VOICE FOR QUALITY: Keeping an eye on the details that matter, encouraging the team to keep our work sharp, smart and effective.
- A STUDENT OF BRANDS & IDEAS: To work with the 21GRAMS strategy team in the development of approaches, models, techniques and thought-leadership pieces that ensure we are at the forefront of brand strategy.
- A BRINGER OF INFECTIOUS ENTHUSIASM: To partner with 21GRAMS and Real Chemistry colleagues to create and deliver appealing new business ideas, proposals, presentations.
