The Firm: With offices in the Portsmouth area, this partner-led full service law firm has been providing legal services to clients in the South East of Hampshire and West Sussex for decades. The Family department is headed by a Partner and the firm offers a supportive culture to its staff.
The Family Lawyer Role: This Family Lawyer role will suit an ambitious Family Lawyer who may be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Family Lawyer looking to make a mark in a practice where their efforts will be recognised and rewarded for their success. This opportunity provides a template to develop within a dedicated Family team.
Requirements:
- Qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Family Lawyer
- Experience of dealing with complex family law matters including matrimonial, divorce, ancillary relief and children matters
- Strong communication and organisational skills required
- The ability to work well under pressure and to given targets
- Experience in running a full caseload
- Ambitious in developing a career and family law department
