We are currently recruiting ADONs (Assistant Directors of Nursing) for three key locations: Corbally, Portlaoise, and Finglas. These roles are ideal for registered nurses with leadership ambition, a commitment to person-centred care, and a strong grasp of HIQA standards.

Role Overview:

  • Provide operational and clinical support to the Director of Nursing
  • Lead teams in delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care
  • Take part in staff mentoring, clinical supervision, and performance management
  • Assist in managing inspections, quality improvement, and compliance
  • Foster a collaborative, respectful, and accountable workplace culture
  • Step in during periods of absence or escalation when needed

Candidate Requirements:

  • NMBI registration (active and in good standing)
  • Minimum 5 years' post-registration experience
  • 1-2 years' experience in a leadership, supervisory, or management role
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and clinical governance
  • Confident communicator with strong leadership presence
  • Team-focused, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
