Cardiff (Hybrid working 2 days in office) - £14.02 ph PAYE - 6 month contract with possibility of extension - 37 hours pw

I am working with a large energy company who are looking for an administrator to join their team. You will be a team player and great communicator to support the wider team with their admin tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing support to the wider team with administration tasks and duties
  • Must have good IT skills and be able to use Microsoft packages confidently.
  • Good communicator - verbal and written communication skills
  • Supportive and self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Used to being in a regulated environment.
  • Will be processing declarations, raising refunds, and dealing with general account health checks.
  • Full on the job training given.
Experience required:
  • Ideally 3+ years administration and/or customer support experience required.
  • Large Energy company or large corporate company experience preferred.
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
