Ein führendes Unternehmen im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mehrere Projektmanager Photovoltaik (w/m/d) für den bundesweiten Einsatz. Der Fokus liegt auf der Entwicklung, Realisierung und dem Betrieb von Solarkraftwerken zur Förderung einer nachhaltigen, emissionsfreien Stromversorgung. Das Unternehmen ist bereits seit Jahren erfolgreich in Europa aktiv und baut nun sein Engagement im deutschen PV-Markt weiter aus.
Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Bewertung potenzieller Flächen und Projekte (Eignung, Vergütungsfähigkeit, Wirtschaftlichkeit)
- Verhandlung mit Grundstückseigentümer:innen und Gemeinden
- Abstimmung mit Behörden und öffentlichen Einrichtungen
- Teilnahme an Bürgerinformationsveranstaltungen
- Begleitung von Bauleit- und Genehmigungsverfahren
- Koordination und Überwachung externer Gutachter und Dienstleister
- Fachliche Anleitung von Scouts / Akquisiteur:innen
Profil & Fähigkeiten:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im planerischen, technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich (z.B. erneuerbare Energien, Agrarwirtschaft o.ä.)
- Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
- Kenntnisse in Flächensicherung, Trassensicherung sowie Bauleit- und Genehmigungsverfahren von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Google Earth und idealerweise GIS
- Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
