The Project Manufacturing Manager (PMM) is responsible for delivering a complete subsystem or product, on time and within budget, to the Subsea Projects organization.

Accountable for fulfilling contractual obligations related to the delivery of a specific sub-system or product from project start-up to close-out.

  • Ensure project mobilization after receiving instructions from the Tendering Team, including team assignment, handover, purchase order receipt, creation in ERP, and schedule baselines release.
  • Maintain project schedule float to protect delivery dates.
  • Review and approve contractual documents between REMS and Subsea Projects.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings within REMS to coordinate work and priorities.
  • Provide accurate project reporting, including progress, forecasts, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent; PMP certification preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in project coordination or six years in a Project Supervisor role.
  • Knowledge of Project Management techniques and standards.
  • Leadership training and Primavera P6/MRP systems experience.
