As a consistent innovator in the fintech and martech space, this company is renowned for its strong customer-centric culture and its mission to power prosperity around the world.
We’re looking for a Training Program Manager to join their Global Sales Enablement team, supporting the UK market. This role will be instrumental in shaping onboarding, driving performance, and partnering with international vendor sites to scale sales excellence.
What you'll do:
- You'll operate as a key strategic partner for UK sales teams—both full-time employees and third-party vendor teams—supporting enablement programs from onboarding through ongoing development.
- You’ll act as a "train-the-trainer," ensure enablement quality, and help implement learning tools and performance frameworks aligned with global best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance & Reporting (20%)
- Oversee quality processes at vendor partner sites, evaluating coaching, sales conversations, and training delivery.
- Partner with international QA teams to align on review standards and reporting.
- Deliver monthly performance insights to UK leadership with actionable recommendations.
- Facilitate coaching feedback and call evaluation sessions.
- Performance Improvement (20%)
- Diagnose performance gaps and design enablement interventions.
- Coach vendor partners on effective facilitation and training delivery.
- Document and enhance consistency across enablement processes.
- New Hire Training & Onboarding (20%)
- Oversee vendor onboarding processes to mirror UK FTE standards.
- Train vendor trainers on systems and methodologies (e.g., sales methodology, onboarding tools).
- Ensure seamless access to systems, tools, and up-to-date training content.
- Content Creation & Rollout (10%)
- Conduct training needs analysis, manage content creation timelines, and partner with global teams on new materials.
- Maintain a central repository of approved enablement assets.
- Support rollouts of new product or process training initiatives.
- Technology Implementation (10%)
- Support non-technical implementation of new coaching and QA tools.
- Gather feedback and help refine system rollouts for sales teams.
- Run-the-Business Tasks (20%)
- Represent Enablement in UK sales leadership and global team meetings.
- Participate in all-hands, stakeholder check-ins, and ongoing project syncs.
- Maintain subject matter expertise on internal systems, tools, and sales practices.
What you bring:
- Experience in sales enablement, L&D, or performance consulting within a commercial or SaaS setting.
- Strong background working with vendor partners or outsourced teams.
- Proven skills in designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful sales training.
- Comfortable managing stakeholder relationships, reporting insights, and presenting data-driven recommendations.
- Passion for coaching and developing people to achieve commercial success.
- Knowledge of onboarding frameworks, sales methodologies, and performance support systems.
Bonus if you have:
- Exposure to UK and international sales environments.
- Experience with platforms such as Docebo, Slack, Amazon Connect, and QA tools.
- Familiarity with coaching technologies or AI-based enablement platforms.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape how a globally admired brand drives sales excellence and learning at scale. You’ll be joining a team that values innovation, inclusion, and purpose-driven work.
