Are you passionate about training and making a real impact? We’re looking for an experienced Management Trainer to deliver dynamic and high-impact training programs aimed at strengthening leadership capabilities and introducing new management systems across our two manufacturing sites, Harlow (United Kingdom) and Leerdam (Netherlands). You will be assigned to two plants and will work closely with a dedicated on-site O-I team. You’ll be trained on our methodology during an onboarding program in the United States and will collaborate with both international and local teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Create & Deliver: Develop and lead engaging training sessions to enhance management, leadership, and operational skills.
  • Connect the Dots: Demonstrate how new systems and tools can drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Facilitate Change: Lead interactive workshops and coaching sessions that motivate and engage both managers and employees.
  • Measure Success: Assess training effectiveness using evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Coach & Support: Offer follow-up coaching and support to ensure continued growth and learning.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in training and development within manufacturing environments.
  • Experience delivering both technical and soft-skills training.
  • Strong skills in using training tools, LMS platforms, and digital learning technologies.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Dutch is essential.

Additional Information

  • This is a freelance/contractor position with O-I.
  • You will be assigned to 2 manufacturing plants and expected to travel between them.
  • US-based training is scheduled from September 8th to September 12th.
  • The full project runs from September 8th, 2025 to January 23rd, 2026, full-time, Monday to Friday.
  • Plants involved in the project include: Harlow, UK and Leerdam, Netherlands.
