We're now looking for our first Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us bring our solution to more of the right people, fast. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll shape how outbound is done at Test Partnership—and lay the foundation for future growth.

What you'll do

  • Own top-of-funnel outreach: identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects
  • Run outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other creative channels
  • Work closely with the founder to experiment with messaging and iterate quickly
  • Book meetings and hand over warm, qualified leads to our technical sales team
  • Track activity and performance, using insights to improve outreach
  • Help define and build the SDR workflow as the business scales
  • Experiment with new tools like prospecting tools, automations, CRM addons, email drip campaigns, LinkedIn plugins etc.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in lead generation and outbound outreach
  • Clear communicator who can write compelling, concise messages
  • Ambitious self-starter: proactive, curious, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working autonomously
  • Intelligence. We know smart people learn quickly and take the initiative.
  • Nice to have: interest in HR tech

We’ll be using our own candidate assessment platform as a fair and accurate way to assess you on these qualities. So you’ll get to see for yourself some of our SaaS product ;)

We consider applications from all backgrounds; junior or senior, it doesn’t matter. It’s your potential to make a difference that we’re interested in.

Why join now?

You’ll be joining right at the start of our go-to-market journey. That means more ownership, more influence, and more opportunity to shape something from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the founder, and you’ll see the impact of your work daily.

What We Offer

  • Salary: £35,000 basic + performance bonus (£50,000 OTE)
  • Hybrid working: Two days per week in our London office, remote working the rest of the week.
  • Employer pension contributions: 5%
  • Work authorisation: You need to have the right to work in the UK
  • Job Type: Full-time
