We are looking for a passionate Therapist to create joy and heal generations at Embark Behavioral Health's NEW OP/IOP/PHP program in Livingston, NJ! Responsibilities
- Provide transformative individual, group, and family therapy while maintaining a small caseload of 6 clients, with limited on-call availability for parent communication (ending at 7 PM).
- Ensure clinical excellence through detailed documentation, outcomes testing, and treatment standard compliance.
- Collaborate with our experienced team to deliver optimal client care and support community reintegration.
- Guide clients and families through the full therapeutic journey, from initial rapport-building to successful program completion.
Qualifications
- Required: Licensed or qualifying associate licensed therapist in State of New Jersey: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Associate Counselor, Licensed Social Worker & Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist.
- Required to have CAQH profile and NPI number for credentialing purposes.
- Preferred: High-acuity experience (IOP/PHP, Residential, Psychiatric Hospital, Crisis Stabilization) with relational, experiential, and evidence-based systemic techniques.
- Preferred: 1 - 2 years of working experience as an adolescent therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Proficiency in incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.
