The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
You are passionate about property, highly organised, super efficient and deadline driven. You absolutely love client contact. You have worked hard and honed your skills but you are ready for your next step.
This role will see you manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish covering residential sales, purchases, transfers of titles and remortgage transactions. You must be able to check title and conclude missives.
In addition to that, you will help and support less experienced team members and ensure all transactions adhere to compliance and AML. Itβs a fast-paced role but you will thrive on being busy and will be surrounded by a great team.
