The Role:
- Lead and inspire a team of investment managers to deliver superior client service and investment results.
- Actively manage a portfolio of HNW clients, maintaining strong, long-term relationships built on trust and performance.
- Review and, if necessary, reshape the wealth management proposition to ensure it remains competitive and client-focused.
- Drive the growth of the business, identifying opportunities to expand market share and leverage group synergies.
- Oversee the investment management process ensuring excellent performance for clients, you can be actively involved in the investment process (optional) or focus purely on managing clients, leadership & growth (essential) depending on your preference.
