An 'Outstanding' Ofsted-rated primary school in the Borough of Hackney is seeking a Level 3 CACHE-qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their welcoming and ambitious Early Years department as soon as possible. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity ideal for someone passionate about early childhood education and making a meaningful impact on children aged 2-4.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting children aged 2-4 in a vibrant Early Years setting
  • Leading and assisting with Phonics, Reading, Writing, and Spelling groups, including 1:1 intervention
  • Supporting children with mild Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Collaborating with a large, supportive Early Years team
  • Helping to foster a love of learning and curiosity in a nurturing environment
