Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-line technical support both remotely and on-site at client locations.
- Set up, configure, and maintain hardware such as desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and basic networking infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot user issues and escalate when necessary.
- Assist with setting up user accounts, software installations, and system maintenance.
- Work alongside senior engineers on small projects and technical rollouts.
- Some prior experience in an IT support/helpdesk role is desirable but not essential.
- A qualification in Computer Science, IT, or similar (degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent) is also desirable.
- Strong interest in technology, possibly with some coding knowledge or home projects.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
