Led by Emma Doughty (Legal 500 rated Leading Individual), our team handles complex cases involving misdiagnoses or failure to diagnose, such as spinal injury, brain injury, surgical errors, and incorrect treatments. Our team is highly ranked within Chambers and the Legal 500, and has received awards for high-profile cases. You will manage your own caseload, including high-value and high-severity cases, some of which are litigated. We seek a technically strong lawyer with empathy and excellent interpersonal skills, who can also mentor junior team members to support their progression. This role offers the chance to work on high-quality, noteworthy cases within a leading and supportive team.
