Your experience
You have a proven track record of positive customer impact, thrive in fast-paced tech environments, and enjoy working directly with customers alongside high achievers. You may have worked as a product or project manager but prefer helping people over writing requirements. You excel at showcasing advanced technology to sophisticated customers and have:
- 2+ years experience defining, managing, or launching new functionality at a growing software or tech company
- Experience using detailed go-to-market processes to achieve product and business goals
- Knowledge of business software applications and workflow methodologies
- Ability to write clear instructions and explain best practices
- Independently resolving challenging issues

- Guiding large, sophisticated organizations in innovation and software development
- Providing responsive customer service using proven frameworks
- Guiding customers from demo to active subscription, including procurement, legal, and security processes
- Sharing best practices for strategy, idea capture, prioritization, and visual roadmaps
- Assisting customers in integrating Aha! with their existing tools
- Sharing customer feedback internally
- Testing new product features as needed
