Example Recruitment Group are working with a leading Social Housing services provider are recruiting a permanent Domestic Gas Supervisor covering domestic gas contracts in the South-East . Technical Supervisor for Domestic Gas with Domestic gas qualifications. * Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum * Plus van & fuel card * Hours: 8am – 5:30pm – 42.5 hours a week Verifying LGSR`s, keep on top of a schedule of rates, quality control checks and Supervisors, Gas Engineers and working alongside the two Contracts Managers and covering them when needed so they have back-up. Key Knowledge/Skills: * Attending technical jobs with engineers * Carrying out Tech Tests / Induction / Intro Calls * Carrying out WIP and Post Visits on engineers. Minimum of 4 per year unless any concerns * Daily manifest for multi part ordering, material report, VO report, multi visits * Online Training * Intro Call with engineers to set out expectations before onboarding * Investigating high level complaints and attending property if required * Issuing kit to engineers * Daily calls with CDMs * Monitoring KPI’s and reviewing engineers not hitting targets * New starters should have visit on first day/week starting * Record safety concerns on a log Benefits: * 22 days holiday plus bank holidays * Van & fuel card * Flue Gas Analyser * Company Pension scheme * Birthday off on top after 2 years of service * Progression to lead a division across Social Housing/ Domestic private contracts * Many other perks/ benefits from company training to sustainability days
