Synechron is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with specific experience harnessing artificial intelligence to solve complex business challenges. We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with a strong focus on AI and data-driven solutions to help re-imagine processes, connect with clients worldwide, and deliver innovative value.
You will be at the forefront of integrating AI technologies into our global banking operations. Your expertise will enable us to develop smarter processes, enhance decision-making, and foster a truly agile organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements, leveraging stakeholder interviews, use case development, and traceability management.
- Model current and future state business processes, utilising data and AI-driven insights to inform system design and analysis.
- Apply structured problem-solving techniques, critical thinking, and data analysis tools (e.g., Python, Pandas, Excel) to identify opportunities and craft innovative solutions.
- Collaborate closely with developers, embracing DevOps fundamentals, agile methodologies, and AI integration strategies.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders, translating AI and data insights into business-friendly language.
- Engage with bankers and non-technical teams to understand needs, manage expectations, and drive consensus around AI-enabled initiatives.
- Prioritise user stories and business goals within the Coverage, Advisory, and Capital Markets sectors of Global Banking.
- Proven experience in process design, re-design, and addressing business challenges through AI and data-driven solutions within financial services.
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks, product ownership, and delivering complex products within the financial or investment banking industry.
- Technical skills in data analysis, AI/machine learning concepts, and familiarity with relevant tools and platforms.
- Excellent soft skills—negotiation, facilitation, active listening, and adaptability—to navigate ambiguity and build strong relationships at all levels.
- Deep understanding of global banking’s client-facing functions and a proactive personality ready to take ownership of innovative projects.
