What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll put your clinical knowledge to good use in this role, supporting clinical teams in theatre settings with the product portfolio.
  • You’ll offer guidance and consult on best use of the products before, during, and after theatre procedures.
  • You’ll be the main interface between our client and their clinical customers, ensuring they receive the best customer experience possible.
  • Your day-to-day might look like this:
  • Advising on product use during a theatre case
  • Providing guidance to new and existing customers
  • Training theatre staff on the products
  • Account management for the hospitals in your territory
  • Gathering and translating clinical data into insights for the sales team
  • Managing inventory levels
  • Keeping the CRM database up to date

A bit about you:

  • Ideally, you’ll be based around the Bristol, Cheltenham, and Gloucester area, with good access to Reading.
  • You should have a strong understanding of human physiology and anatomy (most likely gained in a science/medical focused degree).
  • Comfortable in a theatre/operating room setting.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to talk confidently about clinical matters.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • The ability to travel across the territory; being comfortable driving is essential.
