What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll put your clinical knowledge to good use in this role, supporting clinical teams in theatre settings with the product portfolio.
- You’ll offer guidance and consult on best use of the products before, during, and after theatre procedures.
- You’ll be the main interface between our client and their clinical customers, ensuring they receive the best customer experience possible.
- Your day-to-day might look like this:
- Advising on product use during a theatre case
- Providing guidance to new and existing customers
- Training theatre staff on the products
- Account management for the hospitals in your territory
- Gathering and translating clinical data into insights for the sales team
- Managing inventory levels
- Keeping the CRM database up to date
A bit about you:
- Ideally, you’ll be based around the Bristol, Cheltenham, and Gloucester area, with good access to Reading.
- You should have a strong understanding of human physiology and anatomy (most likely gained in a science/medical focused degree).
- Comfortable in a theatre/operating room setting.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to talk confidently about clinical matters.
- Excellent time management skills.
- The ability to travel across the territory; being comfortable driving is essential.
