Join H+H, a leader in the construction industry! We are looking for a talented Service Delivery Co-ordinator to be fundamental in our customer delivery process, from order receipt to final delivery at the site. This role is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pro-actively manage the customer sales process, from order receipt to delivery.
- Maintain an excellent level of service in all aspects of the order process and customer contact.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the key contact via verbal or written communication with nominated customers.
- Take full ownership of the nominated customer satisfaction level.
- Accurately process sales orders.
- Liaise with Hauliers and the Distribution team to ensure prompt deliveries and fluid communication.
- Investigate and resolve invoice queries and discrepancies.
- Confirm the delivery of processed orders through agreed communication channels.
- Manage delivery complications, including processing additional fees if necessary.
- Occasional client visits or attendance at internal meetings.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery.
- Identify and mitigate delivery-related risks.
About You:
- Higher education qualification (e.g., HND, HNC, NVQ, A-level or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- A team player with professional conduct, problem-solving skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
