Basic Salary – up to £25,400 per annum subject to experience
Company Van
Responsibilities:
- Carry out the servicing and maintenance of Portable fire extinguishers.
- Plan and complete call visits within the nominated area, ensuring maximum efficiency and best use of resources.
- Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
- Identify & resolve any issues or deficiencies.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer enquiries and concerns.
- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.
Requirements:
- Qualified to BAFE / FETA or equivalent.
- Technical background in the Mechanical Fire industry.
- Experience of front-line customer service.
- Previous experience of maintaining fire extinguishers is essential.
- Ability to work unsupervised with the capability to problem solve.
- Full driving licence.
- Flexibility to travel for work and training when required.
- Experience in other Mechanical Fire Systems would be advantageous.
