Our client is a listed fintech and banking organisation. The requirement is for an Interim Head of Reward to lead a review of reward strategy across the global business. The assignment would be initial for 4-6 months on a day rate, outside of IR35, based in London, with an immediate start.

We require a seasoned interim reward consultant with a demonstrable track record in creating and delivering enterprise reward strategies in PLC financial services firms and banks. An ex-consulting background would be a bonus.
