We’re looking for an ambitious D2C eCommerce specialist to help lead the next phase of growth for our client. As senior eCommerce Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving new customer acquisition and scaling the D2C strategy across the UK and international markets. You’ll take ownership of all online sales and optimisation, including Google Search, SEO, PPC, and international expansion.
Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce, you’ll be a key commercial driver in a fast-growing team with big ambitions. This is a strategic and hands-on role with influence across commercial, product, and marketing. You’ll be joining a forward-thinking Commercial team, with a dynamic Commercial Director bringing a strong marketing focus and ambition to elevate digital channels. With an established presence and an appetite to grow fast, now’s the time to bring your experience and ambition to the board.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the P&L and 3-year strategy for D2C eComms.
- Grow and scale D2C offering in the UK, EU and US.
- Lead traffic acquisition via Google Search, SEO, and digital channels.
- Work alongside Product to curate and launch optimised ranges.
- Manage performance reporting, commercial insight, and forecasting.
- Oversee and mentor team members to align with the strategy.
- Champion innovation in e-commerce platforms and AI integration.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience scaling a branded D2C business.
- Strong knowledge of international e-commerce (EU & US).
- Deep understanding of digital marketing funnels, especially SEO & PPC.
- Excellent commercial acumen, communication and project management.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and e-commerce tools.
- Ambition, agility and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
£50,000 - NO hybrid working and on this occasion we cannot offer visa sponsorship. You must be able to drive or commute by train due to the location.
