We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Conference & Events Coordinator to join our luxury hotel team and deliver outstanding service to our distinguished guests. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a flair for event coordination and sales, this role is for you!
Location: The Montague on the Gardens Hotel, London
Employment Type: Full-time - 40 hours per week
Working Pattern: Shift work (5 days on, 2 days off)
Salary: £25,397.00 per annum + service charge
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth operation of the Conference & Events department, ensuring maximized revenue and guest satisfaction
- Manage daily enquiries via telephone and email, and conduct professional site visits
- Prepare and process function sheets, maintaining seamless communication with all key hotel departments
- Negotiate rates and craft tailored event proposals to meet client needs
- Handle invoicing and coordinate equipment orders accurately and promptly
