International Food Importer Senior Sales Development Executive, mainstream Location: Canary Wharf, Hybrid Salary: 32-37K Duties & Responsibilities: – • Manage and work with distributors to deliver annual sales target. • Identify and manage potential business opportunities to drive development and sales growth of retail • Establish and maintain good relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and other partners, for effective support and motivated partnerships. • Effectively monitor market situations and competitor’s activities & pricing. • Ensure continuous stocks supply in all trade channels and healthy inventory level at distributors’ warehouse to prevent supply interruption. • Plan and monitor trade activities implementations through distributors, and properly evaluate results. • Tracking of country regulation changes via working closely with importers. • Key account development. • Represent the brand in key trade customer meetings and events. • Effectively communicate with other functions to execute and implement strategies and plans. • Keep track and analyse sales and A&P performance. • Safeguard the brand to ensure brand is not misrepresented in local market. Education & Experience: – • University degree level or equivalent, Business or Marketing related degree is an advantage. • With at least 2 years of sales experience in FMCG industry, preferably with distributor management, supply chain and trade marketing experience. Requirements & Skills: – • Permission to work in the UK and to travel in Europe. • Fluent spoken and written English. • Valid Driving licence to be able to drive in both UK and Europe. • Good Microsoft Office skills for reports and analysis. • Must be prepared to work flexible hours, even at weekends, with frequent travel. • Highly motivated and self-driven. • Able to supervise team and drive results. • Must be a team player across functions. • Organized and disciplined. • Excellent people skills, social and communication skills. • Chinese food lover and keen to cook. Have good knowledge of the working kitchen is an advantage
