We are recruiting for an Occupational Therapist clinical specialist role within the Learning Disability Team at NHS Forth Valley.
The LD Occupational Therapists collaborate with health and social care colleagues to improve health outcomes and reduce inequalities for individuals with learning disabilities in Forth Valley.
The Clinical Specialist will work with individuals with learning disabilities to enable participation in daily activities, thereby improving health, independence, and wellbeing.
This role involves working as part of the multidisciplinary team (MDT) with clients who have complex needs. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments
- Contributing to MDT risk assessments and clinical meetings
- Collaborating with the Occupational Therapy team to develop service delivery
