We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in a key role supporting manufacturing and operational excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in manufacturing who is passionate about delivering results through structured project management.

About the Role:

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering cross-functional projects from concept through to completion. Working closely with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management activities for manufacturing-based projects
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
  • Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure project milestones are met
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders at all levels
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong understanding of production processes and operational workflows
  • Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Prince2, Agile, MS Project)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure

Preferred:

  • Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
  • Professional project management qualification (e.g. PMP, APM)
