Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate sales and lettings, and manage deal progression
- Build lasting relationships with clients, buyers, and tenants
- Proactively prospect for new business and generate instructions
- Assist with property marketing and promotions
- Support and learn from the valuations process
- Help the team meet and exceed branch KPIs and performance goals
- Mentor and support junior team members as needed
Key Criteria
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in estate agency (sales and/or lettings)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Confident, organised, and self-motivated
- Ambition to progress into valuations or team leadership
