We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Trainer to join our dynamic team in Westminster.

The Role:

The ICE is currently seeking a Sales Trainer who will be responsible for developing and implementing sales enablement processes, strategies, and skillsets to enhance the performance of the sales team. This role involves designing training programs, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing coaching to ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to achieve their targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that includes training materials, tools, and resources.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align training programs with overall sales strategies and objectives.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to sales representatives to improve their performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Track and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust training programs accordingly.
  • Partner and support on Client Meetings and in-depth training sessions.
  • Create and deliver engaging training programs and workshops tailored to the needs of the sales team.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Track and report on training outcomes and sales performance metrics to measure the impact of training initiatives.
  • Ensure the availability and proper utilisation of training materials, tools, and resources.
  • Assess the current skill levels of the sales team and develop targeted training to address gaps and enhance capabilities.
  • Work closely with sales leadership and other departments to ensure training programs are aligned with organisational goals.
  • Foster a positive and motivating environment for the sales team through effective training and coaching.
  • Develop strong relationships with sales representatives to understand their needs and provide personalised support.
  • Manage the budget for training programs and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of training programs and initiatives to ensure they contribute to the overall financial goals of the organization.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses of training programs to determine their financial impact and make recommendations for improvements.

  • Programme Development: Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programmes.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, with a focus on driving performance and achieving results.
