Would you like to do live in care, staying within your local area of Wales? Would you like a job where you work an assignment for 2 weeks and then have a break? Would you like a rewarding role in which you can support a client one to one in their own home? Come and join one of the UK's largest providers of complex care. We are Active Care Group, one of the leading providers of complex care.

Within the Care in the Home division, we support clients with spinal cord injury, neurological and acquired brain injury to live independently in their own homes. Our clients have a spinal cord injury or complex care physical disability and they need support to lead independent lives in their homes and their communities. You will move into a client's home and support them with personal care (including washing, dressing and toileting), moving and handling, domestic tasks and social activities.

When you'll be working:

  • Assignments 2 weeks long
  • Regular consistent work with rolling rotas
  • You must commit to working regularly each month to enable continuity of care for our clients
