Shepherd Neame is looking for part-time, seasonal Bar Team Members to join us until September. If you love hospitality, are a people person, and enjoy working in a busy environment, this could be the perfect job for you.
The Manor Farm Barn is a lively pub and restaurant located in Southfleet near Dartford. Originally an 18th-century barn, it was restored in 2001 to become Britain’s first 21st-century thatched pub and has won a CAMRA Pub Design Award. The interior features original oak timbers, spacious floors, a high ceiling, and plenty of natural light, making it a great place to relax, eat, and drink.
At Shepherd Neame, we understand that first impressions matter. You will play a key role in welcoming customers warmly and providing excellent service at every opportunity.
If you have no previous hospitality experience, don’t worry. You must be over 18 and possess some of the qualities listed below. We will provide training to teach you everything you need to know.
