HR Systems Analyst

Permanent opportunities, hybrid working 3 days on site per week, paying up to £50,000

Role Overview:

The role is responsible for maintaining and developing integrated HR and reporting systems. You will provide efficient, accurate, and insightful HR systems, reporting, processes, and administrative support across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new modules/systems and participate in upgrades/enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain system data structures, workflows, security, and access.
  • Support troubleshooting, resolve queries, and escalate technical issues.
  • Perform system administration tasks, including data uploads, cleansing, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Conduct end-user training and develop user procedures and documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement and support BAU changes as a subject matter expert.
  • Create and maintain reports, assist in developing standard reports, and support governance reporting for people-related data.
  • Research and implement new technologies to support future business requirements.
