- Previous experience in a similar role
- A good standard of English
General Duties for CNC Operative:
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Operating the machine to produce parts
- Programming the machine to perform the correct tasks
- Monitoring the machine during operation to ensure accuracy and quality
- Adhering to all Health and Safety requirements
- Performing maintenance checks to ensure proper functioning
- Conducting quality checks/controls
- Performing other general duties in the cutting shop area as required
