We've partnered with a leading global IT consultancy to help them hire a ServiceNow Developer to support the delivery of enterprise-level ServiceNow projects across ITSM, Discovery, and integrations. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team working on custom module builds, process automation, and system integrations. You'll play a hands-on role in building scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions that meet real business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure and customise ServiceNow modules including ITSM, Discovery, Event Management, and CMDB.
  • Develop end-to-end custom applications and workflows within ServiceNow.
  • Implement and maintain integrations using scripted web services and inbound actions.
  • Use Import Sets and transform scripts to manage foundational data and automation.
  • Configure Mid Servers and build custom CI classes for network-related assets.
  • Write business rules, client scripts, UI policies/actions, ACLs, and notifications.
  • Support SLAs, service catalog configuration, and request fulfilment workflows.
  • Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Solid hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and development.
  • Practical knowledge of core modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Discovery, and Event Management.
  • Experience creating custom modules, workflows, and scripted integrations.
  • Strong scripting ability (server/client-side) and use of ACLs, notifications, and UI customisation.
  • Familiarity with CMDB structuring and Mid Server configuration.

Location: London - Hybrid 2 days a week in the office

Salary: Up to 80k* Rates depend on experience and client requirements
