Department Information

Stewart Travel, part of Brooklyn Travel Group, covers Travel Sales, Admin Support, Product, and Customer Service. We sell holidays to any destination from 11 stores across Scotland and Northern Ireland, offering booking flexibility via phone and online. Our goal is to provide seamless customer service from inquiry to \’Welcome Home\’ call.

Role Information

We seek a Retail Travel Apprentice for our Forge store. This 12-month Modern Apprenticeship in Travel Services provides structured training and on-the-job learning, culminating in an industry-recognized qualification (SCQF Level 6) and full-time employment at Stewart Travel.

Additional Information

• Full-time apprenticeship with funded Diploma in Providing Travel Services at SCQF Level 6
• Online training with in-store support
• 8 units: 4 mandatory, 4 optional
