Are you passionate about creating exceptional workplace experiences? At Ageas, we’re looking for a Workplace Host to join our dynamic Facilities team based in Folkestone. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our workspaces are welcoming, safe, and productive for employees, tenants, visitors, and contractors. This is more than just a front-of-house role – it’s about being the heartbeat of our workplace, supporting operations, enhancing employee experience, and embracing innovation to help our people thrive.
Main Responsibilities as Workplace Host:
- Covering all aspects of Health & Safety throughout site.
- Managing the security throughout site.
- Be the first point of contact for all workplace-related queries.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and collaborative office environment.
- Manage meeting rooms, breakout spaces, and reception areas.
- Operate front desk and parking booking systems.
- Coordinate access control and security procedures.
- Assist with onboarding, recruitment paperwork, and large meeting logistics.
- Collaborate with service providers (cleaning, catering, waste).
- Embrace emerging technologies like AI to improve processes.
- Provide administrative support and help coordinate departmental moves.
Skills and experience you need as Workplace Host:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and workplace systems.
- Organised, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks.
- Flexible to cover site hours between 8am – 6pm.

- Previous experience in customer service or office environments.
