An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join our team at Graypaul Ferrari Nottingham as a Parts Manager. As a Sytner Parts Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to delighting our customers and ensuring accuracy on the first attempt.

Your responsibilities will include managing stock, maximizing profitability and efficiency, coordinating with workshops and sales teams, and selling directly to the public. This is a full-time role, which may include weekends to provide the highest levels of customer service.

Previous experience in the motor industry within a similar role is essential, including experience analyzing and controlling KPIs and budgets. You should be highly motivated, with a clear understanding of stock control, parts administration, systems, and profitability. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required, and familiarity with Kerridge systems is desirable. Please note that candidates must have experience within a Parts department in the automotive industry as a minimum requirement for this role.
