An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and experienced individual to teach on our FE and HE Law and Business provision in the School of Business. We are looking for a professional individual who is ready to provide innovative and dynamic teaching to meet the needs of young people and prepare them for the next stage of their life.

The successful candidate will be someone with up-to-date industry knowledge and an understanding of students in the FE and HE sectors. You will be capable of developing a wide range of learning materials which engage and motivate a diverse group of students with differing needs.

A relevant law degree or above is essential; however, teaching experience, although desirable, is non-essential as full teaching training can be provided to the right candidate. You will be required to teach across different levels within the curriculum.

You will be expected to manage students' key performance indicators and to work with the Head of HE and other leaders to support learners' achievement and progression. You will also be working closely with FE tutors to improve internal progression and with local employers to provide work-based learning experiences and GAP opportunities.

Applicants must be strong team players and individuals with a pro-active approach to work. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be a forward-thinking individual with innovative ways of working with students.
